Studio apartments in Burke -options?

Anyone else feel this way? I relocated for work and Homes are going for about $696,800 on average. It's a a smaller city city with about 43,336 people. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Looking forward to hearing from you all. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

I've been living here for 15 years and I'd say I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The public transit is challenging compared to other places I've lived. Overall Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
