I relocated for work and It's a a smaller city city with about 43,336 people. The weather takes some getting used to. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Am I overthinking this? The city has invested a lot in new development. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
