OK so I'm a remote worker and Poverty rate is 6.2%, which is pretty low. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Is this normal for Burleson? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The suburbs are where most families end up.
