Affordable areas near Burley?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm single, late 20s, and The unemployment rate is 2.5%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $213,700 on average. The city has invested a lot in new development. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Has anyone dealt with this?
