Affordable areas near Burlingame?

Curious what people think. Just moved here 4 months ago and There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Am I overthinking this? Thanks!

I've been living here for 7 years and I'd say I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The healthcare is hit or miss compared to other places I've lived. Overall Feel free to reach out with questions..

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 14 years ago from Charlotte and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Lots of new construction which should help. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in Uptown. It's improving for what you get.

Jobs: The market is growing right now, especially in hospitality. If you're in real estate you might struggle.

People: Generally underrated. It took about 10 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: tough. Tons of options if you like Korean.

Hope this helps!.

We moved here with our family and I have mixed feelings honestly. Schools in Westside area are pretty good. Kids love it here.
