Burlingame in the winter -how bad?

Hey everyone, Born and raised here. Homes are going for about $2,000,001 on average. Poverty rate is 3.8%, which is pretty low. Property taxes are high but you get good services. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Is this normal for Burlingame? Cheers.
