Remote worker thinking about Burlingame

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Homes are going for about $2,000,001 on average. Household incomes average around $168,832 in Burlingame. The suburbs are where most families end up. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Thoughts?

We moved here with our family and it exceeded my expectations. Schools in Maple Ridge area are solid. Kids love it here.
