Best apartments in Burlington under ?

OK so Household incomes average around $142,207 in Burlington. Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. Homes are going for about $679,400 on average. Rent is about $2,597/month for a decent place. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Anyone in a similar situation? Thanks in advance! The food scene here is surprisingly good. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 2-bedroom. I genuinely enjoy living here. Compared to Raleigh it's improving.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a real estate agent who relocated here from Raleigh about 11 years ago. The main reasons were work and weather.

Pros I've experienced:
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- Strong job market in several industries
- Good internet infrastructure

Cons that are real:
- Urban sprawl is real
- Limited shopping options

Financially, we've found it challenging compared to where we came from. Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. Groceries are growing, gas is better than expected.

Socially, I have mixed feelings honestly. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
