Moving to Burlington for work -advice?

Hey folks, Crime rate is something to consider -Burlington sits at 154.7 per 100K. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Should I be concerned? Thanks for reading.

We moved here with our family and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Schools in The Heights area are average. Kids love it here.
