Thinking about relocating to Burlington from Tucson

Longtime lurker here, My partner and I are Household incomes average around $142,207 in Burlington. Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Anyone in a similar situation? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

We moved here with our family and it's exactly what I was looking for. Schools in Fairview area are improving. Kids love it here.
