Best companies to work for in Burlington?

Hey everyone, The unemployment rate is 3.7%, which is pretty low. Poverty rate is 15.4%, which is higher than I expected. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Am I overthinking this? TIA!

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is safety. the quality of life is solid. Worth doing your research before committing.
