Burlington in the winter -how bad?
Not sure if this has been asked before, but We have two kids and Rent is about $1,030/month for a decent place. Crime rate is something to consider -Burlington sits at 850.2 per 100K. Poverty rate is 15.4%, which is higher than I expected. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Anyone in a similar situation? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The city has invested a lot in new development.
