Burlington quality of life -am I missing something?

Random thought, I'm single, late 40s, and It's a a smaller city city with about 58,599 people. Average temperature is around 60--F, so the weather is moderate. The median home value here is around $188,700, which is actually reasonable. The unemployment rate is 3.7%, which is pretty low. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The city has invested a lot in new development. Thoughts? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The weather takes some getting used to. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

Weather-wise, the summers are excellent and winters are affordable. You get used to it after the first year.
