You can expect to pay around $1,598 for rent here. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Am I overthinking this? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
