Is Burlington walkable?

OK so I'm single, late 30s, and Average temperature is around 56--F, so the weather is moderate. It's a a small town city with about 2,517 people. You can expect to pay around $662 for rent here. The unemployment rate is 0.4%, which is pretty low. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The suburbs are where most families end up. Would love some local perspective. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
