The good and bad of living in Burlington

Longtime lurker here, Homes are going for about $400,200 on average. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Has anyone dealt with this?

Used to live on the Uptown side, now on the Oak Park side. Completely different vibe. I'm still on the fence after all this time.
