What surprised you most about Burlington?

First post here. Just moved here 13 months ago and It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Worth the trade-offs?

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Compared to Portland it's challenging.
