Been living here since 2008. Household incomes average around $38,371 in Burnettown. Crime rate is something to consider -Burnettown sits at 36.4 per 100K. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Is this normal for Burnettown? TIA! Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
