Not sure if this has been asked before, but I grew up here but left for a while. Household incomes average around $67,097 in Burney. The median home value here is around $225,000, which is actually reasonable. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Any advice would be great.
