Relocating to Burneyville, OK -pros and cons?

Anyone else feel this way? Born and raised here. Homes are going for about $154,200 on average. Average temperature is around 63--F, so the weather is moderate. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 11 years ago from Austin and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in Fairview. It's excellent for what you get.

Jobs: The market is wild right now, especially in government. If you're in finance you might struggle.

People: Generally tough. It took about 3 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: improving. Tons of options if you like Thai.

Hope this helps!.
