Commute times in Burns Harbor -how bad?

So, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and The unemployment rate is 0.5%, which is pretty low. Poverty rate is 7.5%, which is pretty low. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Thanks!...
