Freelancing from Burnsville -experience?

Hey, Average temperature is around 46--F, so expect cold winters. Am I wrong here? I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 11 years ago from Phoenix and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in Westside. It's solid for what you get.

Jobs: The market is wild right now, especially in manufacturing. If you're in education you might struggle.

People: Generally tough. It took about 18 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: surprisingly good. Tons of options if you like Mexican.

Would recommend to anyone considering it..

We moved here with our family and it's not perfect but it works for me. Schools in Riverside area are tough. Kids love it here.
