So, Been living here since 2006. Homes are going for about $131,200 on average. Rent is about $1,006/month for a decent place. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
