Random thought, I'm single, late 20s, and Homes are going for about $131,200 on average. With a population of 29,529, Burton is a smaller city. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
