Hi all, I'm a remote worker and It's a a smaller city city with about 29,529 people. You can expect to pay around $1,006 for rent here. Average temperature is around 47--F, so expect cold winters. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cheers.
