How is Burtonsville for outdoor activities?

Hi all, I'm a remote worker and Average temperature is around 57--F, so the weather is moderate. Median household income is $130,000, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

I've lived in Pine Hills for about 5 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I have mixed feelings honestly. When I first moved here from Denver, I was surprised by cost of living. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Nice parks and green spaces
- Good internet infrastructure
- The weather scene is average

The downsides:
- Summers can be brutally hot
- Can feel isolated

Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for young professionals. No regrets on my end..
