Is Butler still affordable?

Curious what people think. Just moved here 15 months ago and Rent is about $1,455/month for a decent place. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. What do you all think? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

The food scene here is tough. Tons of great Asian places. it's exactly what I was looking for.

I've been living here for 9 years and I'd say I'm still on the fence after all this time. The housing market is pretty good compared to other places I've lived. Overall It's not for everyone but it works for us..
