I've been here for 4 years and The unemployment rate is 2.5%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $808/month for a decent place. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
