Is it worth buying in Butte-Silver Bow?

Hey, Average temperature is around 40--F, so bundle up in winter. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Am I wrong here? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is community vibe. I have mixed feelings honestly. Worth doing your research before committing.
