Worst things about Byram nobody talks about

Hey folks, Homes are going for about $790,800 on average. You can expect to pay around $2,392 for rent here. Household incomes average around $92,444 in Byram. Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Should I be concerned? Thanks in advance! The city has invested a lot in new development. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The suburbs are where most families end up. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The suburbs are where most families end up. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
