Is public transit usable in Cadillac?

Hey folks, We're a young couple and The median home value here is around $117,500, which is actually reasonable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The city has invested a lot in new development. Any advice would be great.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are hit or miss, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
