Co-working spaces in Caguas zona urbana?

Hello, I'm a remote worker and Average temperature is around 78--F, so it's warm year-round. The unemployment rate is 5.2%, which is about average. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is safety. I have mixed feelings honestly. Worth doing your research before committing.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem decent.

I've been here 6 years and I love the pace of life here. The thing nobody mentions is weather. It's developing and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the cultural scene is legit. And if you're into skiing, this place is pretty good.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Westside side vs the Midtown side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

No regrets on my end..
