Hi all, I grew up here but left for a while. Rent is about $613/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 78--F, so it's warm year-round. With a population of 72,862, Caguas zona urbana is a smaller city. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
