Hey folks, Just moved here 7 months ago and Rent is about $613/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 5.2%, which is about average. Household incomes average around $26,649 in Caguas zona urbana. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Any help is appreciated.
