Anyone else feel this way? Just moved here 11 months ago and Average temperature is around 78--F, so it's warm year-round. Median household income is $26,649, which feels on the lower side for the area. It's a a smaller city city with about 72,862 people. Crime rate is something to consider -Caguas zona urbana sits at 2,771.8 per 100K. Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The weather takes some getting used to. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
