OK so I've been here for 14 years and Average temperature is around 57--F, so the weather is moderate. Rent is about $959/month for a decent place. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Looking forward to hearing from you all.
