Working in Calcium -salaries realistic?

Curious what people think. I've been here for 8 years and With a population of 3,245, Calcium is a small town. Household incomes average around $64,613 in Calcium. You can expect to pay around $1,353 for rent here. Average temperature is around 44--F, so bundle up in winter. The city has invested a lot in new development. The weather takes some getting used to. Has anyone dealt with this? TIA! Property taxes are high but you get good services. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
