Couple moving to Caldwell from out of state

First post here. Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Let me know your thoughts.

Public transit is solid here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it was the best decision I ever made.

Weather-wise, the summers are improving and winters are developing. You get used to it after the first year.
