Hey, I'm a college student here and Homes are going for about $322,100 on average. With a population of 63,465, Caldwell is a smaller city. Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The city has invested a lot in new development. What would you do? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The food scene here is surprisingly good. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
