Top 5 things I love about Caldwell

Anyone else feel this way? Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. Household incomes average around $66,663 in Caldwell. Poverty rate is 10.1%, which is around average. The food scene here is surprisingly good. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

Pros:
- Good schools
- Lots of new development
- Good internet infrastructure

Cons:
- Rising rent prices
- Sprawl everywhere
- Not very walkable
- Limited cultural events
Thanks in advance! The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The city has invested a lot in new development. The weather takes some getting used to. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The weather takes some getting used to. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
