Hey folks, Been living here since 2013. The unemployment rate is 1.9%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $91,053 in Caledonia. With a population of 25,292, Caledonia is a smaller city. Crime rate is something to consider -Caledonia sits at 83.6 per 100K. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Am I wrong here? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The city has invested a lot in new development.
