Working in Calico Rock -salaries realistic?

I'm a nurse at the local hospital and It's a a small town city with about 1,795 people. Average temperature is around 57--F, so the weather is moderate. Rent is about $347/month for a decent place. The median home value here is around $119,300, which is actually reasonable. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Would love some local perspective. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The city has invested a lot in new development. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

Used to live on the Meadowbrook side, now on the Downtown side. Completely different vibe. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad.
