Best and worst neighborhoods in Callaway

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I work in marketing and With a population of 13,297, Callaway is a small town. You can expect to pay around $1,319 for rent here. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The city has invested a lot in new development. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want food scene, then yeah this place is great. But if job market matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

I've lived in South for about 9 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's exactly what I was looking for. When I first moved here from Charlotte, I was surprised by school system. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Good schools in most areas
- Lots of new development happening
- The community vibe scene is better than expected

The downsides:
- Summers can be brutally hot
- Homeless population growing downtown

Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for families. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
