Moving from Phoenix to Callaway next month

Hey, I'm a remote worker and Median household income is $69,388, which feels about average for the area. Poverty rate is 5.7%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $215,300 on average. It's a a small town city with about 13,297 people. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Has anyone dealt with this? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The weather takes some getting used to. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The food scene here is surprisingly good. I work in retail here and I'm still on the fence after all this time. The job market for my field is hit or miss. No regrets on my end..
