Hi all, I've been here for 13 years and Average temperature is around 53--F, so expect cold winters. With a population of 2,074, Caln is a small town. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Has anyone dealt with this? Property taxes are high but you get good services. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
