Curious what people think. I relocated for work and Average temperature is around 63--F, so the weather is moderate. It's a a smaller city city with about 70,244 people. The median home value here is around $766,100, which is pretty steep. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Should I be concerned? The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
