Camarillo is underrated, change my mind
Hey everyone, My partner and I are Rent is about $2,650/month for a decent place. It's a a smaller city city with about 70,244 people. You can expect to pay around $2,650 for rent here. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
Pros:

Cons:
- Not very walkable
- Boring for young people
- Poor road conditions
Has anyone dealt with this? The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
