Random thought, I relocated for work and Homes are going for about $766,100 on average. With a population of 70,244, Camarillo is a smaller city. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Any help is appreciated. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
