I'm a college student here and Average temperature is around 63--F, so the weather is moderate. It's a a smaller city city with about 70,244 people. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Am I wrong here? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
