Things Camarillo needs to improve

Hey, Just moved here 4 months ago and With a population of 70,244, Camarillo is a smaller city. Poverty rate is 5.8%, which is pretty low. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Am I wrong here? I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is traffic. it's not perfect but it works for me. Worth doing your research before committing.
